To our wonderful customers,

Glenn and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support over the past 26+ years. Without you, we simply wouldn’t still be here.

We would like to let you know that, effective Monday, 2 February 2026, our new business hours will be:
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Monday and Friday: by appointment only

We’re not quite ready to fully retire, but we would love to travel a little more and take a small step back to make time for things we often haven’t had time to do. If you need to drop off or pick up a computer (or phone, tablet, or other device) and can’t come in during our regular hours, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

If we’re in the shop on a Monday or Friday and able to answer the phone, we will. Otherwise, please leave a message with your phone number and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Thank you so much for the support you’ve shown us since we sold our very first computer in June 1999. We’ve watched your children grow up and have children of their own, saw the implementation of the GST with $200 vouchers, watched M/S Windows evolve from Windows 98 to Windows 11, and watched laptops become cheaper than desktop PCs. We truly appreciate all these years of loyal business and hope you understand that this change is a compromise that hopefully works for both our customers and ourselves.
