🎭 Opening Night is Finally Here! 🎭

Over the past few weeks, we've had the pleasure of working alongside the amazing team at Theatreroo, capturing photos and videos as Live at the Trocadero came to life.

Last night's dress rehearsal confirmed what we already suspected — this show is something special.

Incredible performances, beautiful music, plenty of laughs, touching moments, and a fascinating story set in wartime Brisbane. The cast has poured their hearts into this production, and it shows.

As a photographer, I get to see a lot of performances, but there's something really special about watching a show come together behind the scenes. The talent, passion, and energy in this cast are incredible, and these photos only capture a small part of what audiences will experience on stage.

Set in wartime Brisbane, Live at the Trocadero is a beautiful story of love, rivalry, friendship, and swing music, inspired by a fascinating chapter of our city's history.

I can't wait to see the final performances at Brisbane Powerhouse next week.

🎭 Yesterday we had the chance to sit in on another rehearsal for *Live at the Trocadero*, and we couldn't resist sharing a few sneak peeks.

The closer we get to opening night, the more impressed we are by the talent, energy and chemistry of this cast. From powerful vocals to emotional moments and plenty of laughs, this show is shaping up to be something truly special.

Set in wartime Brisbane, *Live at the Trocadero* brings together Aussies, Yanks, romance, rivalry and swing music in a story that celebrates one of the most fascinating periods of our city's history.

Good morning Singapore 🇸🇬

6:00am walks before another full day of shooting.

The city is already alive, the sun is rising fast, it’s 29°C with crazy humidity… and somehow it already feels like midday 😅

But this is also the part we love about this work.
Early mornings, new places, scouting locations, finding light, meeting people, and getting ready to create something special.

What a weekend. 🔥
Sometimes you get a job. Other times you get an experience you’ll never forget.
Documenting the Run Nation Championship was one of those moments. Energy everywhere, people giving it their all, athletes that leave you speechless.
And then he showed up — Rongo Keene, The Warrior WHAT A CLASH ‼️
Getting the chance to meet him, shake his hand, and document him up close while he showed everyone why he is Thee Strongman… that’s the kind of thing that stays with you. 💪
Huge thanks to the whole crew for letting us be part of it. The kind of weekend that reminds you why we chose to do this job in the first place.
