Here's a video showing Harley Hall's tyre/tube liquid sealant additive removal contraption, the slow cooker rotisserie.
Luke at Electric Bling AU gets 'em too, as shown in images.
Question for members, anyone found a specific formula / brand / variant of liquid additive sealant that has rest on the rims for a significant period without corroding / eating the rim? Tubed or tubeless operation?
eSN doesn't recommend any liquid sealant additives, for either tubed or tubeless. We do recommends Self-Healing Liner tyres (glue / "puncture proof" / "run flat") under specific circumstances:
1) Your route demands additional puncture resistance. Industrial areas, sides of major/arterial roads etc,
2) Tyres are changed frequently (annually).
3) You need a non-road tyre, or a tyre with relatively large tread gaps that are captive to sharp objects (yes tread pattern make a difference).
eSN Stocks a range of ten self-healing tyres. Search in page (in browser) for "healing", your browser will highlight them. OSH = Optional Self Healing, SH = Self Healing.

Links to additional findings from Electric Bling AU, for cleaning Luke suggests metho or brake cleaner. He also demonstrates the damage, looks like sealant added to a lined tyre:

Nick at Perth Electric Scooter Repairs cleans the Ninebot liners with turps via toothbrush then IPA although a soapy water soak is just as good.
Will at Mobile EScooter Mechanic (Melbourne) uses a screwdriver lined with liner and dabs off like blue tac to remove the liners.
