ProcurePro has raised $15M to bring AI procurement control to construction.

The round is led by QIC Ventures, one of Australia's largest sovereign wealth funds, with existing investors Airtree and Glitch Capital and global construction group Bouygues (via ISAI) joining in. It values ProcurePro at over $100 million.

Construction is an $18 trillion industry running on margins of just 1–4%. By the time procurement closes, 80% of a project's cost is already locked in.

Yet most main contractors still manage that critical window through fragmented spreadsheets and email chains.

This is what procurement looks like when it has a home.
