If your having trouble with your gmail account no longer syncing in Microsoft Outlook (classic), it seems to be a common problem receently as I have had some customers contact me about this. Here is a link to a solution which seems to fix the problem. It appears to have occurred after a recent windows update.

Recently had a macbook air where the keyboard and trackpad would stop working, when on the startup process it had come to the logon screen so you couldn't type in your password without attaching an external keyboard and mouse. I tried many fixes such as resetting NMC, resetting PRAM/NVRAM, safe mode etc but none worked. I came across a post that said to replace the flex ribbon trackpad cable. I opened Outlook 365 on my computer this morning to check my emails and the body of all my emails was blank.
apparently there is an issue caused by a recent update that causes this.
I found this fix on twitter
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462"
Run it in command prompt as administrator and it takes a couple of minutes.
AND IT WAS FIXED
