When you learn from a mistake, it's no longer just a loss. It's a lesson. Our founder Syma Ahmed lost her wedding ring and later graduated in tourism from The University of Queensland. Why study tourism? Because people make a lot of mistakes while travelling. Lost luggage anyone? Or that charger at the hotel room? Like and share if you know what we mean.

We understand the heartbreak of losing a cherished item, and friction points in the reunion journey, which is why Found Loop exists. We're here to ease the process and turn that frown upside down.

We are so proud to see the Found Loop community growing across Australia. People aren't just reporting what they've lost. We have Friends of Found Loop reporting what they’ve found, hoping for someone's treasure to be returned. To turn a frown, you guessed it, upside down.

We're excited to share that lost and found items in Brisbane are now becoming discoverable on Found Loop. It’s a centralised platform designed to make reuniting with your lost belongings easier and faster, ensuring your lost item ends up with you and not the landfill.

How it works:
Report it: Quickly list a lost or found item with a photo and description.
Item Matching: We searches for matches across our network of venues and reports.
Secure Reunification: Once a match is confirmed, you stay in the loop until the item is back in your hands.
