Our page reflected that teQwise is a telecommunications company but we just updated it as in reality we are - and have always been - an information technology company.

We provide managed I.T services to organisations and that has been at the core of what teQwise does from the very start.

We also sell technology; computers, laptops, servers, cloud services, applications, device licencing and service assurance, application integration, collaboration solutions, internet domain registration and hosting, website hosting, ssl certificates, UPS back up, Cloud back up, Amazon, Azure and VM Cloud, Identity Access Management solutions, A.I solutions.........

And yes.... we do telecommunications solutions as well.

Australian business is in recovery. teQwise is also in recovery. It's been a tough 12 months for most - if not all. What is teQwise doing to help businesses recover?

Well we delivered our usual excellent IT support to all of our clients - and that still continues today.

We gave generous concessions to clients in relation to all additional work and project work that was needed during COVID-19 lock-down restrictions and continued that all the way through to the end of March (and our clients were not even aware).

And now, we just launched a range of almost ridiculously good offers.

Services, our suite of security solutions covering everything from end point/user security to 24 hour Managed Detect and Response solutions to Highly secured encrypted data transfer and Data Loss Prevention (see I spared the acronyms).

Additionally we launched our website development and website review offerings as we recognised that in this new world of distant, remote or digital interaction, organisation websites are your critical shopfront.

Finally we partnered or strengthened our partnerships.

We strengthened our partnerships with leaders in Collaboration (Cisco and Microsoft) through WEBEX Calling and MS Teams Calling.

We strengthened our security partnerships with BitDefender (MDR solution), Sophos (Phishing and EDR solutions) & Thales (HSM powered encrypted solutions).

We founded new partnerships in contact centre with Smartcom (CloudDial and myCloud and contact centre consultancy).

We founded new application integration and development with Mitrai. On that note they have an absolutely mind blowing AI solution that we are so excited about.

So teQwise have been doing a lot to be ready to help Australian businesses recover - and its no understatement to say that the key to that recovery is digital transformation.
