In the last 6 months, I have been practicing how to breathe with intention. Simply breathing in, hold for 3, breathe out for 3. This helps incredibly in situations where my focus needs to shift back to the here and now. Oh and it also helps with exercise. Learning how to breathe while running has transformed my mindset on going for a run. So far running in the rain around dusk is my favourite ✨
