Today I helped a gentleman set up Direct Debit for his car and caravan registrations.
It still amazes me how often big companies assume everyone just knows how to do these things. He’d gone to the transport department asking for help… and they printed him instructions and sent him on his way. He doesn’t even own a computer.
One of my favourite parts of Luke’s business is being able to take overwhelming, frustrating situations and turn them into something simple and manageable. No jargon. No judgement. Just happy customer's leaving with smiles on their faces.
The first thing I asked him was, “Do you want me to teach you how to do this, or would you rather I just take care of it so you don’t have to worry?”
Full confidentiality. Full trust. One very relieved, very happy customer.
