Today a Karen customer told me how a iPad gets repair because they googled it!
After they broke their button after a digitiser had repair be me!
Then went on to tell me how operate my business! Apprently i give bad service!
After I repair the item over Christmas how I will close because of bad customer service! Then threaten to give a bad google review!

All because I didn’t response to their txt, phone message and emails whilst I was sick the last week!

They also claim they read my FB and it’s disgusting what I write on it!

Put a bad review then everyone will know who the Katen is!

Bad Customers attitudes!

Today a random person contacts me for a repair on a Oculus 2 headset!

Wanting a repair on Boxing Day!
Most shops are closed but not me.

When I mention my small fee well under $100) for looking at the item;
they commented that “so I pay you to do nothing”.

Well lets see;

I wasted 30 mins of my time txting back and forth with random question and infomation, unable to do repairs during this time because of the interruptions. No charge, zero income.

To look at the item would involve;

I put aside my other jobs! Depends on the job can take some time.

least 1-2 hours to dissemble/assemble the item without damage. Just to look at it.

Diagnostics; without any info (as these comoany wont release any circuits etc), using expensive equipment, power, solder, wick, flux etc

Min 1 hour, most likey 2-3 hours!

Replacement Parts; replacement of faulty parts or after long searches to find a replacement parts! If available.

Other local companies charge $250 - $350 just to put items in their benches. 🧐

I guess i do nothing for the min fee!

A customer came to me with this iphone 13 mini it had been previously to a local mobile! Not only the ambient light sensor was removed and not returned to the customer, tape of the battery flex holding the broken flex! And missed diagnosed the unit!
Customer out of pocket further from poor customer service.
