Some customers serviced by one of our Mt Myrtoon Access Point have lost connectivity.

Our technicians have attended to assess, and are currently programing replacement parts. These parts will be swapped when safe to do so - probably tomorrow Tuesday 3 September.

The customers impacted by this outage have been sent text messages. Please let us know if you are experiencing an outage and have not received this text message.

We are aware of an outage with our upstream supplier - this is impacting our Camperdown and Colac networks.

It is currently under investigation. Please do not factory reset your equipment. We will provide further updates as we receive them.

We are currently experiencing some issues on our Camperdown network due to the high winds and power outages. Further updates will be noted in comments below.

Our upstream provider has an unplanned outage on our primary port in their Melbourne Data Centre. This is impacting our Colac network.

All services are running on a secondary link which has reduced capacity.

Our provider’s technician is en route to their Melbourne Data Centre to resolve this as a matter of urgency and we don’t have an ETA at this time.

We are aware of an unplanned outage on our Camperdown Core network as of 22:05.

The issue is with upstream provider and they are currently investigating and we are waiting for further updates.

Unplanned outage Larpent Core (Colac)

LavaNet is currently experiencing a primary Fibre outage since 2am this morning.

Our upstream provider has been on-site investigating and has now engaged 3rd party provider for restoration.

At this time customers are connected to secondary backhaul with reduced and intermittent capacity.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will post further updates as they become available.

The cancelled works that were planned for last night will now take place tonight.

The LavaNet network will be undergoing planned maintenance on 14th October 2022 between 12am and 1am.

We expect up to a full 1 hour outage during this window. We apologise in advance for this disruption.

This maintenance will be localised to our Colac network.

Please do not adjust your equipment during this time.
