This post has been a long time coming. But it’s time to say that I’m officially taking a break/pressing pause on my business.​​​​​​​​

I have been building Luna Ink up for nearly 8 years now. It’s been such a fun journey. It’s pushed and stretched me out of my comfort zone many many times over the years. It’s tested my discipline, resilience, and strength.​​​​​​​​
-​​​​​​​​
What you may not know is over the last 7 years I have also been working with one of my clients in the optical space. From the job I originally set out to do, to what I have been doing with this business over the last few years as grown immensely. ​​​​​​​​
-​​​​​​​​
The last few years have been very very busy, to say the least. Working in two businesses, supporting clients on both sides while dealing with a pandemic, homeschooling two young kids, selling our house, and buying and renovating another one - I'ts been exhusting! ​​​​​​​​
-​​​​​​​​
I needed to take something off my plate as I just can’t sustain this level of work personally - maybe at some point in the future, but for now, it’s time to press pause.​​​​​​​​

I have fallen in love working within the optical industry and get to bring my digital small business knowledge to helping independents grow theirs.​​​​​​​​

The women I have come across over the last few years have been nothing short of amazing. I’m so very grateful for those who I have met and gotten to work with over the years. ​​​​​​​​

So lockdowns aside it's been a big year for me and my little family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My daughter broke her arm on the second last day of school (....yes it was the monkey bars!), then hubby broke his leg (playing soccer) a few weeks later. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As soon as hubby was walking on two legs again we put our house on the market, bought another house and moved in with the inlaws while we wait for settlement for our new place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
