Not in the pitch, and not in the values page. In whether the email arrives when we said it would. In whether someone owns the problem before the client has to raise it. In whether the newest person in the room feels able to ask the question everyone else is avoiding.
We spent a day on this with Pip from Premier Team Building, working through what actually creates trust inside a team and with the people who hire it. The list was not surprising. Own it. Ask questions. Do what you say. Speak early. Help each other. Be consistent.
What stuck was one line: knowledge sits in every seat. Trust is what lets it out.
