First impressions only happen once

Allow us to introduce ourselves: we are myInterview. Never underestimate the importance of a first impression, and we’re here to make sure everyone gets a chance at making one. myInterview was founded to match candidates with jobs that work for them. How? With a video interview.

Humans are complex beings, there is no "one-size-fits-all", in fact there is a barely a one size fits one. Yet we have an innate desire to classify people based on the school they went to, the area they live and the vocabulary they use. We use our classifications both consciously and unconsciously to determine who we trust, marry, befriend and hire.

It is imperative that we arm ourselves with as much information about a person as possible and then consult with a diverse group of trusted individuals to make meaningful life decisions.

myInterview’s video application software gives candidates the opportunity to introduce themselves to employers when applying for jobs. This gives employers the opportunity understand the person they are screening and candidates the opportunity to be understood.
