**Service Notice – Hosting Connectivity**

We are aware that some clients may be experiencing intermittent access to websites and hosting services today.

Our hosting network provider, VentraIP, has confirmed an ongoing DDoS attack affecting their Melbourne network. Their team is actively working with upstream providers to apply further mitigation and restore full stability.

A DDoS attack is designed to overwhelm network connectivity, which can cause websites and hosting services to become slow or temporarily unavailable. Based on the information currently available, this appears to be a network availability issue, not a website or data security breach.

Our team is monitoring the situation closely and will continue to check affected services as mitigations are applied.

No action is required from clients at this stage. We understand this is frustrating, especially when your website is important to your business, and we appreciate your patience while the upstream network teams work to stabilise services.

We will provide further updates as soon as meaningful information becomes available.
