BlueOcean + enterprise champs stand apart from the swamp like
RED OCEAN state of hide & seek -Piracy.
Hearing about ROB today from our circle today...
If you’ve worked with Rob, you’ll know he’s exceptionally smart and relentlessly focused hardworking. But more importantly, he has absolute integrity. Having also worked with his mum Lynette, it’s easy to see exactly where those values came from.
Unbeknownst to him, one small gesture of his became the catalyst for my entire entrepreneurial journey.
Early on, Rob sent me a local newspaper article about a young tech company with a simple operating principle:
“Don’t f*ck the customer.” He added, “When we’re successful, let’s try to operate like these guys — and stay humble.”
I wonder if the state got that.
Dont F*uck the culture any more.
