Good news for our 2tel customers – you've dodged the drama of the Optus network outage. Our mobile services are powered by parts of Telstra’s 5G, 4G, and 3G networks, which means we’ve got 5G coverage for at least 75% of Aussies. And if you're wondering about the reach, the Telstra 3g and 4g Wholesale mobile coverage spans a whopping 98.8% of the Australian population, stretching over 1.6 million square kilometers of this great land.

But, a heads-up if you’re trying to buzz an Optus user – you might just be talking to the void for now. Seems like you’ll need more than a bit of magic to connect, as the Optus blackout began shortly after 4 a.m. So, keep calm and carry on – we're not part of the blackout party!

At 2tel, we are deeply concerned for the families affected by the recent earthquake tragedy in Turkey and Syria. We are making every effort to support our clients in staying in touch with their loved ones during this difficult time.

From February 7th to 28th, 2023, we are offering free voice calls and SMS services from Australia to both countries. Our thoughts and condolences go out to everyone affected by this disaster..

Hot off the press. 2tel recently installed a business phone system at Silver Ridge Retreat in conjunction with Neveco I.T Support

This site has always had real trouble getting a decent internet connection because of its complex remote location. We have now implemented the new business phone system and helped Justin get the most out of his internet service
