One of the most rewarding conversations I've had recently came at the end of a contract renewal with one of our long-term clients.

As part of their due diligence, they carefully reviewed our proposal, went through our Master Services Agreement in detail, and even asked another trusted (non-competing) IT provider for their independent opinion.

They came back with a few constructive suggestions, which helped us further strengthen our terms and conditions. That sort of feedback is valuable, and we're always open to improving.

What really stood out, though, was one comment they shared with us:

"This proposal is very good value for what they are offering. If you had a bigger IT company from one of the larger centres providing this service, it would be a lot more expensive."

That was incredibly encouraging to hear.

We've invested a significant amount of time into developing our new support plans because we wanted them to deliver genuine value, not just another list of services.

For us, it's never been about being the biggest IT provider. It's about providing dependable support, fair pricing, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Thank you to our clients for your trust, your honest feedback and for challenging us to keep improving. It makes us better.

USE MULTIPLE PROFILES
Keep your work and personal browsing separate by creating different Chrome profiles.
PIN FREQUENTLY USED TABS
Right-click a tab and select “Pin” to keep important websites close at hand.
SEARCH WITHIN A WEBSITE
For supported websites, type the site name into the address bar, press Tab, then enter what you’re searching for.
USE CHROME TASK MANAGER
Press Shift + Esc to see which tabs or extensions are slowing your browser down.
MUTE NOISY SITES
Right-click the tab and select “Mute Site” to stop unwanted audio.

Having backups is one thing.

Knowing they're actually working is another.

A backup that hasn't been checked, monitored or tested can provide a false sense of security. If something goes wrong, you want confidence that your data can be restored quickly and successfully.

Is your cloud data (OneDrive, Dropbox) backed up?

Many businesses assume that because their files are stored in the cloud, they're automatically protected.

Unfortunately, that's not always the case.

Cloud storage services like OneDrive and Dropbox are excellent for syncing files, but they aren't necessarily a complete backup solution. Files can still be accidentally deleted, overwritten, encrypted by ransomware or lost if accounts are compromised.
