10 years!
When Steve and Jeff started Seventh Beam, they had some simple objectives. Create a company they would want to work for. Work with great clients and partners, and take the long view. Provide staff a percentage ownership of the company and a flexible work/life balance. Treat the products we build as if we were the owners. And the final piece – if our business does not change and evolve, we’re not stagnating, we’re actually going backwards.
The last 10 years has been an absolute blast, and it’s safe to say we’ve achieved all that we set out to do and then some. Almost all our customers are long term, our average staff employment is over 4 1/2 years in an industry where that’s definitely not the norm, and we are growing steadily while ensuring we maintain our core principles.
We thank everyone involved in the journey so far; our amazing staff, wonderful clients, our remarkable partners and most importantly, our family and friends who have been there since day 1 supporting us.
