Huge shoutout to Roylances Tractor Replacements

We needed a smaller generator to help keep our sites online while carrying out some upgrades. One phone call later and they had it fuelled, tested, and ready to roll within the hour. Now that’s service! 👏⚡

Mitch from Steele Technology dropped into our Forbes branch to pick up a new Westinghouse generator. The team at Steele Tech will be using it out on site for solar maintenance, keeping systems fully online and running smoothly while they upgrade battery setups.

✨ What’s your role on the team?
Director/Accounts - A lot of work that goes unseen in the background, Nath says I'm the real boss because if it wasn't for me, no one would get paid 😝
💛 What do you enjoy most about your job?
We have a great team, although a lot of my work doesn't get seen, as I'm not assisting in repairing or resolving customer-facing issues. What I do behind the scenes is what helps glue the business together, so it's rewarding to see if flow through to our team and our customers.
🎶 What’s your favourite hobby outside of work?
Lots of puzzles, housework (yes i love it, its my happy place), and spending time with my family.
🚗 What’s your favourite way to spend a day off?
Love to watch crime series (Nath keeps telling me i'm looking for the best way to hide his body). Spending time with family, close friends, and good food.
🎧 What are you currently listening to or watching?
As above crime shows, Chicago PD, Fire Country and sometimes mind numbing shows after work to wind down. Music - P!NK, Nickelback, Eminem and Offspring

Hands down, the best work environment and an awesome team. Everyone pitches in, supports each other, and gets the job done.

🎶 What’s your favourite hobby outside of work?
Can't say I really have a hobby, unless running a household, caring for family and animals, and listening to music counts

🚗 What’s your favourite way to spend a day off?
The best way to spend a day off would be to take a drive, enjoy the scenery and check out some historic sites or small town local pubs, some of them hold little bits of history which is always cool to see. Or just hang with my favorite people, family and friends, enjoy some good company and maybe even good food. ❤️

🎧 What are you currently listening to or watching?
My music taste changes up a lot, loving Teddy Swims and can't go wrong with Matchbox 20 or P!nk. Watching most recently is Gangs of London Series

As a growing business, we never lose sight of why we started Steele Technology. Supporting our community has always been at the heart of what we do.

Even when things get busy, we make it a priority to give back to those who support us. Recently, we were proud to help the Forbes Diggers Harness Racing Club get up and running with their own WiFi network.

We quickly deployed our cherry picker, set up a 100/100 internet connection, and delivered site-wide WiFi with guest access for the race events last Sunday and again this weekend.
