25 years!

25 years ago, after working in the Marketing Unit at the Australian National University, we decided to take a leap. What began as a small creative venture has grown into an agency that has collaborated with universities, colleges, and government agencies across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

Reaching this milestone prompted us to pause and reflect on the journey — the clients who trusted us, the work that shaped us, and the industry that continues to evolve around us. To honour that journey, we invited respected industry voices to help us look inward: to challenge how we think, to clarify our purpose, and to reimagine our brand for the next chapter.

We asked our clients to speak candidly through the guidance of our industry peers. Their insights — what they expect, what they value, and what they want more of — became a compass for our future.
