No other organisation that I deal with delivers service in the way you and your team do. From when Simon comes in to make changes and deal with staff who hate change, to requesting reports when I find a procedure issue with QPS, to me sending an email on a public holiday to receive a reply from Ashlee within minutes!

Frontier would like to thank the men and women who spent all day and night helping restore services to the Northern Beaches of Townsville. At a time when most are at home preparing their homes for a tropical cyclone and spending time with their familes, they were instead covered in mud, in the pouring rain in the pits, hauling 7km of new fibre optic cable.

Around 10pm on the 9th Jan, someone decided to steal around $100 of copper cable and at the same time vandalised the Fibre services delivering Internet and mobile signal to around 9000 homes.

It's acts like this that cost Telstra, Optus, NBNCo and Opticomm hundreds of thousands in repair bills. Not to mention the potential losses from businesses who couldn't operate. I sincerely hope, nobody had any emergencies during this time and that those responsible are brought to justice.

As TC Koji comes towards us, I wish you all a safe evening.

Frontier Voice & Data would like to wish all of our friends and customers a very Merry Christmas and a safe and wonderful New Year.
During this period, our team will be taking a well-earned break to spend time with their families. Our office will be closed from Friday afternoon the 19th December and re-open on Monday morning the 5th January.
