Great 3d printer i knew nothing about printing but watched a few videos on youtube on unboxing and set up and also on bambu handy app to learn how to use the app, the 3d superstore was fantastic with the service and advice he gave me was excellent and i recomend buying off him the store has everything that you need with lots of different filaments and colours and have zero problems and have been printing stuff out ever since and no regrets from buying it has been great

Great customer service, easy to purchase and pickup was not a problem.
I purchased a Bambu Lab H2C Combo printer and the AMS HT.
All products worked out of the box, and it was an easy set up.
Works well and will definitely buy again when i the times comes.

Having not had a 3d printer for nearly 12 years, I recently purchased a Bambu labs unit from Mark at 3DPrinter Superstore. Very very happy both with Mark's help and knowledge. The filaments are only a very small part of the equation, but having equipment that just works out of the box is fantastic.
