As we continue sharing more about the people behind Optus Business Centre Gold Coast, we'd like to introduce Luke Williams, Business Account Manager.

For Luke, one of the most rewarding parts of the role is building relationships with customers and making a genuine difference to their businesses. Over the years, many of those professional relationships have grown into long-term friendships, something he values greatly and a reflection of the personal approach he brings to every customer interaction.

When asked what he enjoys most about being part of the team, Luke shared:

"We have a great team culture. Everyone works well together, supports each other, and there's a great level of flexibility that helps create a positive working environment."

Outside of work, Luke enjoys travelling and has previously lived and worked in Edinburgh. He's also a keen NRL fan and enjoys getting along to Titans and Roosters games whenever he can. 🏉✈️
