She not going to pursue you.

Shes not going to sit there and prove her worth to you with every day that passes.

She's not going to try and manipulate you to believe that she's better than everybody else.

Because she already knows she is.

She knows she's the best thing that will ever come into your life.

She knows shes not perfect but ....

She knows what shes been through, she has healed numerous times for the trauma that nobody apologized for , and she finally knows how valuable her life truly is.

If you get a chance to be a part of her life, you should consider it a blessing.

If she allows you to see parts of her that she hides away from the outside world ... you need to consider this a blessing as well.

If she wants you to be a part of her life, then it's for a specific reason.

She doesn't waste her time on temporary conversations anymore.

She has finally come to the conclusion that her time is precious so she's not going to waste it on someone who doesn't realize she is too.

As you get older you actually need more protein ??

So if you’re feeling like you’re grasping for the handrail on the oiled up escalator of ageing and the firm , well muscled body of Yesteryear is nothing but a distant memory…. Peotein could be your answer.

High Protein

1: Helps build muscle which increases your metabolism therefore burning more calories

2: Helps with Hormone Regulation
Amino acids are also the building block for several hormones such as thyroid hormones and insulin. It also plays a role in regulating reproductive hormone levels. All of these hormones play a role in weight regulation.

3: Crucial for strong nails and healthy hair and skin

Thing is some say you only need 0.8 of a gram of protein per kg of body weight and to that I say ‘if your only goal is to not have your hair fall out then possibly that would suffice’.

What you really require is more like 1.5 -2 grams per kg of body weight if you want to look jacked this summer.

And just remember 100 grams of say … chicken only has around 33grams of protein in it ….what the hell makes up the rest of the weight who bloody knows 😂

So empower yourself to stay strong and lean as you get older and eat ‘all the chickens’….or you know, all the lentils if you’re so inclined
