This role is pivotal to the implementation of HTG’s marketing strategy across its brands including Techwell, Telstra Business Technology Centres, BeeSigned and HTG. Directly reporting to the General Manager of People & Marketing, this person will deliver marketing initiatives that drive results for our brands.
You will be a creative marketer with a passion for automation and digital technology. Your thirst for learning is insatiable as is your eagerness to keep up with the latest trends in all aspects of your craft.
With your unrelenting energy, you will bring to life end to end campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering measurable results that generate new business, working closely with our sales teams to ensure qualified lead generation.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordination and implementation of marketing communications plan including creation and development of digital campaigns for B2B business.
Creation of digital campaigns and eDM programs where e-commerce experience of marketing automation programs is essential to create new lead generation opportunities for B2B.
You will be key in writing creative briefs, building rich content for the purpose of improving SEO and working in conjunction with the graphic designer on all brands for the creation of artwork.
A key contributor for communications both internally and externally who is also capable of creating social media to schedule across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube etc.
Assisting in the compilation of campaign tracking, testing, adapting and reporting.
Required Skills
2-3 years in a similar role
Experience in marketing communications and automation programs like HubSpot, Active Campaign or Infusionsoft is essential
Experience in SEM, SEO and Google Analytics is highly desirable
Experience in Social Media Advertising is a necessity
An understanding of Power BI is highly regarded.
Sound knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media technologies pertinent to driving digital audience growth and engagement
