Mondays are for new beginnings. You get a chance to change yourself and be better than before. πͺπΌ
Our week began with our friend and client, Stefan Bradley, stopping by the DMKT Performance HQ to get his new website induction for .training π
He got very excited about the launch of grizzlyfunctional.com, a webpage that offers functional training packages to help professionals regain their strength and rediscover their confidence.
Just look at how happy he is!
Our client's satisfaction is our number one priority. We want the best for them and the best means to provide them with the state-of-the-art tools they need to supercharge their businesses. π
For this reason, we advised Stefan to move away from his Wix website and step up to a more robust platform such as WordPress.
There are some differences between the two website building tools that we thought you should be aware of:
1. Wix doesn't use 'responsive' web design, meaning that it might not perform well on mobile devices if you decide to design your template. (Which Google hates when it comes to SEO).
2. WordPress is a performance-focused website builder, making it much easier to find a fully responsive theme, optimise SEO, and more.
3. WordPress is more technical to use than Wix but allows for better customisation options with the right plug-ins.
4. Wix doesn't allow you to change the templates to an existing site. Meaning, if you want to change the theme of your site, you have to build a new one.
