Our latest addition to the APS warehouse:
The Yealink Room Scheduler.
We have installed our own Yealink Room Scheduler to our reception area in the last couple of weeks, and already we are finding it very useful.
The device is a touchscreen using Microsoft Teams, which allows us to see our Outlook calendar entries on this device.
This means any of our staff can walk into reception in the morning and see exactly what is on for the day, before they even sit down at their desk or take off to a job (as long as the calendar is up to date!).
These can be assigned to book individual meeting rooms and also change colour once the meeting room is reserved/in-use.
