New England Community College NECC is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering a diverse range of educational training. NECC is committed to Quality Outcomes for all involved.

Vocational and general courses, training and assessment are available at the college, at other training sites or workplaces, online and by distance education. NECC is independent, locally based, non-profit, managed voluntarily by an elected committee, and fin

ancially assisted by the State Department of Education through the NSW Board of Adult & Community Education. We have offices in Guyra and Armidale and offer courses in Walcha, Uralla, Guyra and Armidale. New members to the Management Committee, and suggestions or enquiries about courses are always welcome. A copy of our policy on Students Rights and Responsibilities is available from your local co-ordinator on request. New Tutors and Members are welcome.
