Mobile Senior Technician with experience to start immediately.
Job Description:
• Responsible for daily operations, open, close & running the store.
• On the spot Assessments and Quotes for walk in Customers.
• Book-in, Troubleshoot & Fix the issues as required by the customer.
• Collect payments for all Sales & Service.
• Follow up with Suppliers and Customers.
• Deliver a friendly and professional.
Requirements:
• A minimum 2 years’ experience repairing & troubleshooting both mobile and tablet devices, all model Apple iPhones and Samsung Devices.
• Preferred but not essential, basic level repairs on Laptops & MacBooks like screen and battery replacements.
• Ability to serve customers and provide exceptional sale & customer experience.
• Managing day to day store operations from a repair’s perspective
• Comfortable working independently and at Glen Iris location.
• Ability to work well unsupervised and as a team
• A passion for technology and to teach and develop new technical staff
• Available Monday-Saturday
