Today, as I present one final time before heading back home, I’d like to express my gratitude for everyone who attended our workshops. It has been a profound privilege to stand before you all, sharing insights that I hold dear to my heart that affect real people. This journey has been nothing short of incredible, and I want to leave you with a message that resonates deeply with me: cyber security is not just a business concern—it is a personal commitment we must all embrace in our daily lives.

In this new digital world, where threats lurk at every corner, it's vital that each one of us takes up the mantle of being cyber vigilant. I am so grateful for the past week, sharing knowledge with wonderful individuals and witnessing communities come together, sharing their experiences and learning from one another. It's been an enriching experience, hearing your stories of challenges faced and overcome, and seeing your eagerness to learn and adapt.

Let’s continue this journey together, a collective force of informed and educated individuals, protecting not only ourselves but our families and communities from the shadows of the digital realm. Together, we can foster a safer digital environment for everyone.

Thank you, Mildura, for opening your hearts and embracing this crucial conversation with me. You have been an exceptional audience, and your warmth and enthusiasm will remain with me always. Let’s keep striving for a cyber-safe future. Stay vigilant, stay informed. With heartfelt gratitude, stay cyber safe!

Despite the cold weather, I find myself here in the vibrant city of Mildura, dedicating my time to sharing my extensive knowledge and expertise in the dynamic and ever-evolving field of Cyber Security. This week is particularly special, as I have the privilege of spending it with the Mildura community, focusing on delivering a series of comprehensive training sessions on Cyber Security.

These sessions are meticulously designed to be not only informative but also highly engaging, aiming to equip participants with practical tips and tricks to effectively identify and counteract the increasing prevalence of scams in today's digital age. It is alarming to witness how these scams are continuously evolving, becoming smarter, more frequent, and often targeting those who are most vulnerable in our society.

My goal is to empower each attendee with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate these digital threats confidently. By fostering awareness and understanding, we can collectively work towards creating a safer online environment for everyone. I am thrilled to be part of this educational journey, and I look forward to the meaningful discussions and insights that will emerge from these sessions.

Together, let's take a stand against cyber threats and make a difference in the world of technology and security. Thank you to everyone who is participating and supporting this initiative. Let's stay informed, stay prepared, and stay secure.

Ghostpulse malware now hides its malicious code within PNG image pixels, making it harder to detect.

This latest update allows it to deliver powerful malware like Lumma infostealer through clever social engineering, including fake CAPTCHA prompts that trick users into downloading malicious files.

Cybersecurity experts warn that this evolution marks a major threat, and organizations must update their defenses to stay protected.

Companies are being scammed by fake North Korean IT workers who steal sensitive data before making six-figure ransom demands.

Hired unknowingly, these operatives use tactics like rerouting corporate laptops, avoiding video calls, and exfiltrating data via Google Drive. Secureworks warns that these schemes, linked to North Korea’s Nickel Tapestry crew, are funding illegal programs.

Watch out for suspicious video excuses, unsanctioned remote access, and financial red flags!

This comes after millions of users' data were exposed in a major breach, sparking concern over the future of sensitive health info.

Once your DNA is out there, it’s hard to fully reclaim it. Always read the fine print!

In a groundbreaking move, the FBI launched its own cryptocurrency, NexFundAI, as part of a sting operation to track down crypto fraudsters.

This Ethereum-based token helped federal agents uncover schemes like "wash trading" and "pump and dump," where scammers manipulate crypto markets to inflate prices and trick investors.

Arrests were made in the US, UK, and Portugal, with multiple suspects already pleading guilty.

A reminder: not all that glitters in the crypto world is gold. Stay cautious!
