Today, we congratulate Cameron on his 10-year Anniversary with Managed Solutions. 10 years ago, from today, Cameron decided he wanted to venture down the path of becoming an Electrician. Before that, Cam had various other jobs, including Store Manager for Big W and Furniture Delivery for Super Amart.

Cam successfully completed his Electrical apprenticeship in November 2019 and proceeded to complete several other qualifications after.

Cam it has been a pleasure working with you for the past 10 years. You have helped to grow the CDSE team to what it is today, and I look forward to working with you for many years to come.

It's been a short while since we last posted. Over the last couple of months, the CDSE Team (Comms, Data, Security & Electrical) has been busy completing projects ranging from the small area of Tenthill in QLD, to Newcastle and in between.

Here are just some of the projects we have completed:

Major Training Group RTO 6139 - Site-Wide Telephony Upgrade to a new Yeastar Hosted P Series, covering Yatala, Newcastle, Dinmore, Virginia and Cairns. Upgrades included data cabling at some sites, as well as the supply and installation of new network hardware and internet connections.

Pool Pro Products - Site-Wide Telephony Upgrade to a new Yeastar Hosted P Series.

Paradise Centre - Finalisation of the site-wide data and fibre cabling to almost every shop as part of the centre's infrastructure upgrades.

Triple M Tray Bodies - New Optical Fibre Infrastructure installation, incorporating the installation of multiple data cabinets, fibre trays and dedicated power circuits to each cabinet, ready for the installation of wireless access points and security cameras.

Gelita Australia - Installation of additional access control doors and security cameras around the site

Bracken Ridge Tavern - site-wide upgrade of wireless access points in conjunction with the MSI Team

City Fertility Bundall - Access Control System replacement

Jets Leagues Club - Staff Carpark Project, incorporating fencing, electric sliding gate, access control and security cameras. Site-wide upgrade of the alarm system and installation of additional access control doors.

The Prince Alfred Hotel - Installation of all new data cabling for the new docketless printing system and onboarding of the Security Cameras and Audio Visual Systems.

Tenthill Baptist Church (church building situated in the middle of a potato field) - Installation of New Alarm and Security Cameras to provide 24/7 high security coverage.

Thank you to the CDSE Team for their efforts over the last couple of months. The team and expertise have certainly grown, and it's great to see what we have been achieving.

Today we completed another successful shopping centre network onboarding including the last minute decision to migrate all of their phones over to our Cloud Hosted Platform.

The client is incredibly happy as this is the second shopping centre onboarding in the last two weeks which all have been successful transitions.

Thanks to Jones Lang Lasalle for putting the trust in us to deliver time and time again and thanks to Joshua Hughes for delivering including your stint as a phone technician.

From attending site late Friday afternoon to investigate a faulty street light to discovering no power to the complex gate system due to an underground joint fault buried under concrete. We have the client back up and running by Tuesday with a new retaining wall and the gate system rewired with a new enclosure.

The client is wrapped and couldn't believe how quick everything was back working again.

The comment from the client was "This is why we use Managed Solutions to look after all of our systems and we have always had a great experience"

For this particular client we look after and maintain their gate, intercom system, security camera system and electrical.

Great work Tom and Nigel for turning this one around and performing a great job!

As part of maintaining the security throughout Brookwater Estate one of the existing security camera poles was due an upgrade.

All new security cameras with multiple views including panoramic coverage were installed.

The client now has crystal clear reliable coverage day and night.

Great work Adam and Ben for performing this upgrade.

It was a sunny day at Marburg on Tuesday where we completed the installation for Marburg Pacing Association incorporating new security cameras to cover the canteen area, roadway to the stables and complete coverage around the stables.

The installation included providing a secure WiFi network for the POS terminals, security network and guest network.

Thanks to Marburg Pacing Association for putting our name out on race 5 this Sunday at Marburg 🐴☀️.

Great work Tom, Jonno and the rest of the team for completing the installation.

For the last couple of months we have been working on a project for St Pauls Anglican Church Ipswich.

The project involves the installation of security cameras, high speed WiFi for church staff and patrons and a live stream solution all while making sure it meets heritage requirements.

Today we completed one of the final steps of the project to install a trench and pole at the front of the church for a security camera.

Thanks to LUCA PLANT HIRE for getting us out of trouble when our original contractor fell through today. Russell did a fantastic job.

Over the next week we will share some further photos of the project and a review from the client.

Well done to all of our guys involved it has been a very tricky job and every step of the way our team has maintained a high standard of work 💪.

Happy Friday!🥳🌞
We thought it was about time to get all of our staff together for a photo shoot, starting off with photos of the Comms, Data, Security & Electrical Team, followed by an All Staff photo.

Our infrastructure team opted to wear their TradeMutt Hi-Vis shirts which look fantastic and support a great cause.

Afterwards, we had Donovan from Heritage City Photos take individual staff photos 📸

It was a great morning and provided an opportunity for all of us to get together as a company and team.

We recently attended the Access4 Brisbane Roadshow. It was a great event with some great insights into the future of unified communications and other streamlined solutions.

One of the biggest key points of the event was CX (customer experience) which highlighted the importance of providing our clients the best experience possible something that we strive to achieve by using quality products and ensuring our technicians are trained and up to date with the latest technologies.

We look forward to working with our clients and introducing new technologies and providing innovative solutions.
