My mobile phone got stolen whilst on holiday, so boost have kindly sent me a new sim but we have had to suspend the service on my mobile currently, so if you called or texted in the last 24 hours I probably did not receive it. The service should be restored in the new year apologies for any inconvenience

Services seem to be now restored
🚨 Service Disruption Alert 🚨

We want to make you aware that Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently experiencing technical issues across Australia. This outage is affecting several cloud-based platforms.

If you use services such as:

Xero (accounting)

Asana (project management)

Perplexity (AI search)

You may encounter login errors, slow performance, or complete unavailability. These disruptions are directly tied to the AWS outage and will persist until AWS resolves the issue.

We’ll keep monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as services are restored. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

* (updated*) Telstra have acknowledged that they're having webmail and email issues this afternoon. So if you're getting errors or not receiving emails this is why. Updates soon 6:00pm According to the Telstra status page the Issue affecting BigPond/Telstra Webmail
Good news! Telstra Mail is now back online. You should be able to access your inbox again on the web, or via apps like Outlook. It may take a little longer for some emails to be delivered, but none have been lost. if you're having issues after a PC or device restart let us know :-)
