Since the start of October, we’ve seen a significant spike in Optus customers unable to send emails.

Here’s the steps we’re following to diagnose the problem. We’re sharing this here because Optus continue to share misinformation about the problem, insisting this is Microsoft’s doing.

It’s a lengthy read, but it contains everything you need to tell Optus why this is their problem, and what they need to do to fix it.

We know this is incredibly frustrating - please keep us updated with your progress (or lack of).

Hi everybody!

TechSolvers remain open and will still be fixing your computers and laptops, however we are changing how we operate in light of NSW restrictions that take effect today.

From today, we are not accepting instore walk-ins and will instead be offering a click and collect service.
If you need to have your computer fixed, please call us on 02 8502 8954 to make a booking for a drop off service. After placing your booking, bring your computer (labelled with your name) to our store between 9-5, Mon-Fri. We have a pick up / drop off table outside our door where you can drop off your computer. We'll see you on our security cameras and will come collect the computer immediately.
Please don’t leave your computer unattended.

We'll call you when your computer is ready for collection. You can choose to pay over the phone using your card, or you can pay into our bank account before collection.
Once you've paid, come to our store we'll bring your computer out to the drop off / pick up area.

We will be cleaning all computers with isopropyl alcohol free of charge.

Many Thanks
The TechSolvers Team

We grabbed copies of the new material being released by the eSafety office today which has handy, practical tips for parents to keep online time safe for children. We think this is essential reading for all parents so make sure you check it out at www.esafety.gov.au.

We’d like to thank Julie Inman Grant and the Office of the eSafety Commissioner for inviting us to take part in today’s launch - it was great to see so many like minded Australians committed to making the internet safer for our children.

Reminder: Don't click on links sent to you via SMS or Email

One of our customers reported this NAB scam to us, uncertain whether it was legit or not.
On first look, the URL in the text message looks fine... however, on closer inspection, it's actually fraudulent.
The resultant website is a dead ringer for the actual NAB website (don't visit the site please, it's not safe)...

Always use your own bookmarks and when in doubt, give us a call. Better safe than sorry!
