SAPHI Industrial AI Co-Pilots For Safety + Efficiency

SAPHI delivers edge-optimised AI Co-Pilots that analyse camera and sensor data to assess risk, uncover efficiency gains, and support faster, more confident decisions without relying on human decision-making.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each co-pilot builds a contextual understanding of your site: what’s normal behaviour, what needs attention, and where opportunities sit to make operations run smoother.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗩𝗜𝗦 — 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 Our AI Co-Pilot trained to understand your operators, vehicles, loads and conditions to deliver contextual in-cab safety, reduce false positives, and improve efficiency.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 — 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 AI Co-Pilot designed to address people-to-vehicle interactions, identifying unsafe approaches, high-risk zones and operational bottlenecks to support safer pedestrian movement and more efficient fleet utilisation.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 — 𝗖𝗖𝗧𝗩 & 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Fixed plant Co-Pilot that leverages your existing camera and sensor infrastructure to surface risks, near misses, bottlenecks and efficiency gains.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 — 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Thermal Co-Pilot to see what the eyes can’t. Defect detection, flare monitoring, shredder monitoring, thermal anomalies, etc., to support compliance, strengthen safety, and unlock efficiency gains.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 — 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗜
When off-the-shelf models hit their limits, our in-house team builds custom algorithms around your niche requirements, delivering reliable, high-value insight you can actually act on.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instead of overwhelming teams with information, these co-pilots continuously learn from your operation to identify and surface only the moments that matter to support safer, more efficient shifts.

𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
SAPHI has been awarded a grant under the Australian Government's Industry Growth Program.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The funding backs SAPHI's mission to make industrial sites safer and more productive leveraging infrastructure they already own.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Across mining and heavy industry, thousands of cameras and sensors already sit on site. Most of them record. Few of them act.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They are passive observers in environments where attention saves lives and lost time costs millions.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Shellshock AI is designed to put that infrastructure to work. Inside heavy vehicles, it acts as a co-pilot intended to support operators in real time.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Across the site, it works alongside existing CCTV, designed to catch the risks and opportunities that would otherwise go unnoticed.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The infrastructure is already there.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The grant helps SAPHI scale what they are capable of.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our thanks to Minister for Industry and Innovation and Minister for Science Tim Ayres and the Department of Industry, Science and Resources for backing Australian deep-tech that takes on hard industrial problems.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And to every customer who has trusted SAPHI on-site, your work shapes what Shellshock becomes next.

We’re looking forward to having our Chief Commercial Officer, Liam Manning, present at the upcoming Austmine Innovation Showcase.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 ⬇️

Across the mining industry, AI-enabled safety systems are being rapidly deployed across vehicle fleets and fixed production environments.

Sites are now operating with more cameras, more sensors, and more dashboards than ever before.

But more data doesn’t automatically mean more safety.

When every alert feels urgent, nothing does.

When systems over-trigger, operators tune out.

When noise increases, attention drops.

This session explores the tension between data and attention and what it takes to design AI that reduces human workload rather than increasing it.

We hope to see you there!
