If you're not getting any output from your DCDC charger, you can find out what's going by checking three places:

🔍 The settings - with Victron DC DC chargers, you have to tell it when to turn off and on. Double-check how this is programmed in your Victron Connect app.
🔍 The input voltage - start your car and check the battery's voltage. Make sure you've got the same voltage at the DC DC charger.
🔍 The pin - Victron DC DC chargers have a pin/remote pin that needs to be plugged in.

❌ If you're not getting any output from your DCDC converter, you can find out what's going on by checking three places:

🔍 The battery that's connected - the voltage should meet the required voltage to turn the unit on (as per the settings you input when you set up the battery).
🔍 The DC-DC converter - the voltage should match the battery's voltage. It may also have a remote pin - if it does, make sure the pin is inserted into the remote output.
🔍 Output loads - check there's no voltage drop to your loads or faulty circuit breakers.
