Friday evening at The Quad is going to be so lovely.

There will be Jazz and a bunch of local makers sharing beautiful things. Studio Troppo will be there be selling brand new, never seen before artwork! 🤣🙌🏼✌🏼👏🏼

Here’s a little peek at something special we designed for the Marine Estate team.

An exhibition display that invites people in and creates a space that sparks curiosity. A way to get scientist or community members talking about the coast and rivers.

The Mangrove tree of questions is our favourite part. It works as a gentle conversation starter. People wander over, read a card and share something by writing or drawing.

We also created a big coastal landscape and a friendly sea turtle to help the stand feel open and welcoming. Soft colours, playful illustration and a sense of calm is the kind of energy we like bringing into public spaces.

Design that helps people talk to each other and supports the work of caring for the places we love.

I was lucky to be the visual scribe for the Rural Women’s Gathering 2025 right here in Lismore. What a full, energising day it was.

Talks, workshops, laughter and stories, shared by dynamic, grounded women doing incredible things.

📚🎨 LISMORE LIBRARY 🎨

What a project to work on with friends and collaborators and Annette Deal

Two murals in the foyer and a stairwell of birds. A huge creative adventure with a lot of joy. The team at Lismore Library gave us total creative freedom and trusted our ideas in their beautiful refurbished building.

Designed with community in mind and a lot of love for the space 💛

Big congrats and thanks to Lismore Library and everyone who brought it back to life. It feels good to know this artwork will be part of the library for years to come.

These are details of a much bigger catchment map Studio Troppo created for our government client. It will be a teaching tool about the coast for the communities and organisations who live along it. It’s packed with info, but designed to be easy to read and good-looking.
