Sometimes, social media management can be seen as making a few funny Reels, getting some good engagement and... job done. But the truth is, there’s so much more to it than that.
Nowadays, social media is often one of the first interactions a potential client has with your business. And if it’s not being managed properly, you could be missing the opportunity to make a strong first impression.
For Multi Rack, a warehouse solutions company here in Mackay, one of our biggest goals was to humanise the brand by putting more focus on the people behind the business.
They already had the products, the expertise and plenty happening in the warehouse. But through their social media strategy, we identified a big opportunity to build trust and position Multi Rack as a top-of-mind name for warehouse solutions in Mackay by showing more of the people and expertise behind the brand.
So, we introduced a stronger mix of team and on-site photography, product content, warehouse footage, educational posts and warehouse transformations. We also built their LinkedIn presence to help reach the audiences behind those bigger projects.
We needed to showcase everything Multi Rack was already doing in a little 4x4 grid, which wasn’t always easy 😂, but seeing how much more professional, consistent and trustworthy their social presence now feels? Definitely rewarding.
