GenNext has recently entered into an agreement to be acquired by Fantel Pty Ltd. Like GenNext, Fantel is a 100% Australian owned and operated company with all support staff based right here in Australia.
This development is an important step in our journey to provide a larger range of services and enhanced support to all our valued customers.
What This Means for You
First and foremost, there will be no interruptions to your current services with GenNext. All your services will continue to operate as normal, with the added benefit of a larger support team, extended operational hours and additional services available.
You will notice a change in the billing format (i.e. it will come from Fantel), and you will need to update your payment details, including changing any automatic payments you have set up.
Our commitment to delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong relationships remains unchanged. You can expect an even greater level of care and support that a bigger team delivers, whilst still receiving that personal touch.
