This position requires strong technical and software engineering skills with effective communication, technical leadership and client facing skills.
You will have demonstrable experience providing technical-support to high-volume, geo-graphically distributed high-availability Web-Services applications, platforms and systems
Your main job duties involve:
▪ Software Design and Development on Client and Nuamedia Projects
▪ Technical lead on software solutions, products and technology
▪ Technical design, prototying and developing of technologies for operational excellence

Must-have
▪ 8 years+ Software Development across multiple langages (JAVA, Javascript, NodeJs, JQuery, ReactJS)
▪ Experienced in Solution Design and working closely with Clients
▪ Experienced in Cloud platforms and technologies – AWS, Azure, GCP
▪ Experienced in API development (Web-Services, Rest, Json,XML)
▪ Experienced in Multiple Databases technologies (MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL, MongoDB)
▪ Strong understanding of CICD processes and tools – Docker, Jenkins
▪ Experienced in Enterprise grade solutions, Messaging and Database Design
▪ Experience with large scale, high volume, and fault tolerant platforms / systems.
Desirable
▪ Experience or exposure to Contact Centre, Voice, AI technologies - Amazon Connect,
AWS, IBM Watson, DialogFlow
▪ Prior Software Product Development experience
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
