Your trust and partnership have been key to our success in delivering world-class Customer Experience, Hybrid Work, and Secure Networking solutions.

Our team will be taking a well-earned break over the holiday period. Our offices will be closed from 5 PM, Friday, 20 December 2024, and will re-open on Monday, 6 January 2025. Our Lifecycle Services Team will still be available to support you 24/7 for any urgent requirements.

It was a fantastic week of learning, sharing, and catching up in person at WebexOne with Cisco, our Peak Insight|Peak Amplify partners, and customers.

Here are my top 3 opportunities to gain more value from Webex, following the announcements at WebexOne:

#1 - Eliminate contact centre hold time and increase first-call resolution with Agent AI - a natural language Agent for Webex Contact Centre. See a 3min demo here:

#2 - Make your telephony-based collaboration more productive - transcriptions and summaries will be available for regular phone calls (outside the contact centre) in Webex Calling. This includes providing summaries when calls are transferred and sending transcriptions to third-party products such as MS Teams/Outlook/Copilot/Slack.

#3 - A range of AI features are coming out of Beta in Q1 2025, including Topic Analytics where Webex Contact Centre automatically identifies the topics of calls to the contact centre - enabling Customer Service teams to make changes that improve CX and efficiency of operations.
