Ayrton Senna didn't win championships because he was the fastest in good conditions, but by speeding up when everyone else had slowed down.

Stavros Ambatzidis brought this quote to the room at Black Belt 2026 with Tom Panos, and it landed exactly the way it was meant to during this current climate of agents waiting for the market to get 'sunny' before making their move.

That's the wrong strategy. The rain is the opportunity.
