'Be You'

Simple but powerful words passed on from a very special lady to her loved ones, and the basis for a design for the wonderful .get.it to gift to the women of her family in memory of Carmen's beautiful grandmother.

Through some chats discussing ideas we took the words and added the element of the cherry blossom, a special symbol representing this wonderful woman, to make these earring designs complete.

Custom gifts that are thoughtful and made with love are such an honour to design and create.

Finally got around to making a coffee cup display for my local cafe where they sell the delicious coffee.

Super keen to make more of these custom displays for coffee shops and cafes.

One of the things I love working with the wonderful .get.it is she let's me run with ideas.

Initially an idea to make a pair of earrings just for Carmen to wear to an event, we ended up with over 30 pairs of earrings.

Apparently they were a hit!

Best part is, I utilise offcuts from bigger projects for these that would have otherwise gone to waste.

One of our long term biz relationships is with Boho Luxe Market , who we’ve been making signage for both the market itself and stall holders for over the years.

This vegan market sign is a beauty at 90cm diameter with a gorgeous matte sage backing and matte white overlay.

So you know when you ask the universe to send something epic your way and it totally delivers and then some?

That’s exactly how the wonderful CARMEN GET IT came into my world, and I am beyond stoked with what we have created together so far (because there is sooo much awesomeness to come)

We met while I was visiting one of my faves at Finders Keepers market (Carmen was the stall next door) and something told me to go say hi and make the connection. Instant chemistry sparked and we started collaborating pretty shortly after.

These Hanger Dangles were one of the cute AF products we worked on together, taking an idea that Carmen had started on and levelling it up. The magic was achieved in finding the pain points from the original design and prototyping our way to the finished result.

There’s 5 pre-set colour combos available and the option to customise with a tonne of fun options (my personal fave is the chunky iridescent glitter)
