We raced up the hill to catch this magical sunset and it was beyond spectacular, just like this gorgeous couple. The way the light danced across the landscape and caught the tips of the grass making it glow, it felt like I was looking at a painting.

I bought some small canvases a few weeks ago with the plan of in between kids school work I'd try a bit of painting. I have a little red sketch book that I draw random illustrations into while I'm working on design job ideas and this little bunny was one of my faves. He was so much fun to paint and made me smile the entire time (and made my kids laugh out loud and try to claim him) Might have to do a few more!

We love Halloween in this house! It wasn't something we celebrated growing up but for my kids it's one of their most favourite times of the year! We do love an excuse for a dress-up in this house though!
