DTR 2" Lift Kit Engineered for the Polaris Xpedition. Fits 2024-2027 All models
Photos shows before and after of 2 stock Expeditions side by side, both with stock 30 inch tires, both before and after the DTR Xpedition lift kit installation. Obviously the lift allows you to run larger tires as well, and will further increase the height and ground clearance.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this is the ONLY bracket type lift kit for the Xpedition. The only other option available is a puck or spring spacer. (And if you didn't know it, those kinda suck - they take all the springiness out of your spring and make it ride like đź’© ) and there is good reason this is the only one, it was extremely challenging to design a bracket lift fit the Xpedition.
Like our current Billet Lift Blocks, we had intended to make a billet block, however the kit would have consisted of 18 billet pieces and the cost was astronomical, so we went with good ol cold rolled steel. This is still an extensive kit to make, the count per kit it is 72 laser cut parts, 42 bends, then mig welded (currently by hand, robot welded in the VERY near future)
