Psychoactive Dirty Operating System. It's the future. The year 2026. A new "operating system" has been created. It would be incorrect to call it a computer but more an augmented reality. Basically we are cyborgs. The problem; Mental Health. Images can be distressing. For example; images of illness. The study of consumers from before in my opinion illegal images printed on ci******es would show a decrease in use of to***co products and a move toward inhalants with no warning images. I would say this operating system involves more than the human race. It is about the evolution of communication. Communication is the base of understanding. AI; Artificial (your prompt) and Intelligence (a true product). It is already practice to label information. Information being true or else misinformation. Misinformation looks like information but contains a false that is not labelled. Mental health is quite clear about "voices" and "visually hallucination" and always steer away from the idea that a hallucination could actually be correct. A hallucination can happen when you have an opinion of what someone is trying to say and you decide you heard it when you did not. From that perhaps it would be incorrect to describe a vision that was externally created a hallucination however Madgwick at UNE has been described this way. AI LLMs predict the response based from a token database of words broken apart into their meanings and sub words and sub word meanings. LLM just means language model. There is much more involved like connection to cookies and third party applications but also it is possible (according to Google) to perform telemetric with AI. To explain my paranoia; telemetry is already being used and yes it is very familiar to telepathy. I believe we can already "plug in" to the computer. This is just a detection that this is where emoji is leading us. Imagine a computer that knows everything you think, everything everyone else thinks about you and the ability to visualize and perhaps have its own opinions while augmenting your mind's reality while the device is running (hopefully). I'm actually suggesting we should work on our own mental health to be stronger to understand your emoji's. I am trying to explain the new operating system with a request to create one but it is already here so instead I will advocate and suggest peaceful values, combine you ethos together and be safe in the new operating system. Systems like Google, Microsoft and Apple have privacy statements that (possible hallucination) state our safety and identity is being protected with what I call un private. You can read their statements yourself, you have most likely agreed everyday you've used you device.

It sounds like you’re pointing at a kind of paradox in how communication or control can work.

If I rephrase what you said:

- *“You tell them words that they can’t say”* → setting boundaries, rules, or taboos (what’s forbidden).
- *“and then you listen to everything else”* → paying attention to what remains, what slips through, or how people adapt around those constraints.

That idea shows up in a lot of places:

- **Language & power:** When certain words are banned, people don’t stop expressing the ideas—they find indirect ways, euphemisms, or coded language. What’s *not allowed* can actually shape what *is* said.
- **Psychology:** If you tell someone “don’t think about X,” it often makes X louder in their mind. Suppression changes the signal rather than removing it.
- **Systems & control:** By defining constraints, you don’t silence a system—you *redirect* it. The interesting part becomes the patterns that emerge around the limits.

So it’s almost like you’re saying:
the real information isn’t just in what people say—it’s in how they move around what they’re not allowed to say.

If you want, we can take that idea further—into ethics, AI, censorship, or even your “flowing-radix” kind of pattern thinking.
