PIXO We are a digital agency focused on helping non-profit organisations change lives with our all-in-one web solutions.

We bring together outstanding design with deep technical know-how to enable you to elevate your message, take control of online fundraising and operate the ‘business’ of non-profit smoothly and efficiently. No one likes being shuffled from one site to another to get involved with your cause. We’ve built a system specifically for non-profit organisations that allows you to build intimacy with your audience by owning the experience, end-to-end.

We’ve just published a new case study on our work with rebuilding their website to better match the reality of club life: time-poor volunteers, committee decisions, and the need for clear next steps.

If you’re working with multiple audiences and your website is starting to feel harder to promote (or harder for people to act on), this one will feel familiar.

Want to keep your CRM, but need to fix the donor-facing layer so the data lands clean?

When donation forms, campaign pages and fundraising activations sit across too many tools, the downstream impact is predictable: attribution gets fuzzy, reconciliation becomes manual, and reporting confidence drops.

This case study with Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation shows what it looks like to strengthen the donor-facing experience without changing your CRM.

And the results speak for themselves, including a significant year-on-year lift in tax appeal and acquisition landing page conversion.

Inside the story:
✅ Reducing tool sprawl to improve attribution confidence
✅ Keeping Blackbaud as the system of record, while upgrading the donor-facing experience around it
✅ A connected, repeatable experience that makes year-round campaigns easier to launch, manage, and measure

We’re proud to share the launch of the SALT - Sport and Life Training new website 🎉

SALT does important work alongside sporting clubs and communities to strengthen culture, leadership and wellbeing, and this rebuild was all about making that story clearer, and the pathways for clubs easier to navigate.

One of the best parts of the process was working so closely with the SALT team. As their CEO, Dan Woodrow put it:

“PIXO was a genuine partner in helping us deliver a new website that better reflects SALT’s story, purpose and impact. The result is a site that gives a much clearer picture of the work we do alongside sporting clubs and communities to strengthen culture, leadership and wellbeing. We’re so thankful for the care, commitment and partnership they brought from start to finish.”

A big thank you to the SALT team for the collaboration, clarity, and trust throughout the build.

When your organisation’s ambition outgrows your website, it shows up in small ways first.

👉 Updates take too long
👉 Journeys get messy
👉 You stop promoting the site as often as you should

That’s exactly where Emanuel School Foundation was.

We rebuilt their Foundation experience around one clear idea - Build What Matters - with self-service updates, clearer pathways, and a site the team could finally promote with confidence.

If your site is “fine”… but hard to update, or hard to build meaningful giving experiences, this case study will feel familiar: https://loom.ly/KbgN5s4

Impact is often spoken about in outcomes. What was delivered, raised, launched or achieved.

But behind every outcome is another kind of work.

The work that holds people up.
The work that keeps missions moving when the days are heavy.
The work that protects dignity, builds trust, and makes it easier for someone to find support - or choose to give.

Ahead of International Women’s Day on Sunday, we wanted to recognise the women behind the work of impact, across organisations we’re proud to work alongside, and within our own team at PIXO.

If you’ve ever carried that kind of work, or seen it in someone else, this one’s for you.

Rare Disease Day is a big reminder that rare doesn’t mean small. It means people and families navigating complex conditions that often take longer to diagnose, understand, and support.

And one of the simplest ways to turn awareness into action? Move with purpose.

Neurofibromatosis (NF) is one of those rare genetic conditions and Rare Disease Day is the perfect reason to show up in a way that counts.

Step Up for NF kicks off today and runs through March, supporting Children's Tumour Foundation Australia and families living with NF. Take on 150km your way and help fund vital support and research. 👣

We’re proud to be a long-standing partner of the Children’s Tumour Foundation (and with health NFPs across the sector), supporting communities well beyond rare disease too. The mission is different, but the goal is the same: better outcomes, better care, and more support for the people who need it.

Today, we’re celebrating the kind of impact that goes beyond the day job.

At PIXO, a lot of what makes a great digital experience happens in the detail...the problem-solving, the thinking, and the build.

That’s why we wanted to spotlight Blake Linnell, one of our developers, who also serves as a board member for local charity Feed Me Bellarine.

Blake spends a lot of time building systems and digital experiences that help nonprofits do more online, but he’s also chosen to get involved directly in a cause making a real difference in his local Geelong community.

For Blake, it was important to connect the work he does behind a screen each day with outcomes impacting real people.

At PIXO, we’re proud to support our team getting involved directly with nonprofit organisations - whether that’s through volunteering, board roles, fundraising, or contributing their skills where they matter most.

If you’re local (or simply keen for a beautiful night out for a great cause), Feed Me’s “Under The Bay Lights” black tie charity dinner is coming up on Saturday 21 March 2026 in Queenscliff.

It promises to be a gorgeous evening, with proceeds supporting Feed Me’s work for local families across the region.
