Last Sunday was my very first full marathon! 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

It was tough! I want to thank the incredible support of my wife, my family and my dedicated PT .

Running for me, is a metaphor for what life is. The marathon felt like a spiritual journey, we're all capable of achieving the most challenging goals.

¡El domingo pasado fue mi primera maratón completa!

¡Fue difícil! Quiero agradecer el increíble apoyo de mi esposa, mi familia y mi entrenador.

Para mí, correr es una metáfora de la vida. La maratón se sintió como un viaje espiritual, todos somos capaces de alcanzar las metas más duras.

I've been "sick of it all," which is a phrase that means I've been terribly sick due to the flu. I haven't been able to get in a good workout for the past two weeks, but I started back today. Currently in preparation for a half marathon that will take place at the end of the month. I was painfully slow and didn't much enjoy myself during today’s run but I'm glad to be back to running.
