OFFER: 2 months free carriage on your next mobile connection.

We believe in the circular economy — that good technology should stay in use for longer, not sit in a drawer or landfill. Buying Pre-Loved & Ex-Demo is one of the simplest ways a business can cut e-waste without cutting corners.

So we're backing that philosophy with real value. Buy a Pre-Loved & Ex-Demo handset — pristine A-Grade condition, 12-month warranty, free AC charger & cable included — and we'll give you 2 months free on your plan.

With operating costs rising, it's a smart way to reduce spend and support a more sustainable way of doing business. Less waste, less cost — a trade-off we like.

Ends 30 September 2026.

We're now an Authorised Apple Reseller.

That unlocks two things most businesses have never had proper access to: Apple Financial Services and Apple Business (the platform that used to be Apple Business Manager, before Apple folded it — plus Business Essentials and Business Connect — into one platform back in April).

Start with how you buy. Most businesses are still purchasing outright, or bolting device costs onto a carrier repayment plan, assuming it's the cheaper path. It usually isn't. Apple Financial Services prices the lease against the device's real residual value, shifts the cost from CapEx to OpEx, and builds in a refresh every 24-36 months — which matters more than ever given how fast security and software cycles move.

Then there's how it's managed — and this is the part most businesses are still missing. Every device we sell enrols itself the moment it's switched on. Since the April rebuild, Declarative Device Management is the default, not an opt-in extra. Most fleets we see are still running the old way: a management server constantly pinging every device to check it's compliant, which is slow and falls over the second a device drops off wifi. DDM flips that — the device holds the policy itself and reports back the instant something changes, connected or not. If your last conversation about MDM was a couple of years ago, there's a good chance you're not actually on it.

Put those two together and you're not just buying Apple gear for less. You're deploying it faster and keeping it compliant without anyone having to chase it.

One reseller. Both sides sorted.

Tier 1 carriers love talking about their funds.

"Here's $X,000 to spend on your business."
Sounds great. Until you read the fine print.

That money can only be used on hardware.
New devices.
Accessories.
Things the carrier benefits from you buying.
It cannot touch your monthly bill.
It cannot reduce what you're paying for your plans, your voice services, or your connectivity every single month.

So where does the fund actually come from?
It's built into the margin of your contract. It's your own money — repackaged, ring-fenced, and handed back to you in a way that suits them far more than it suits you.

At QuadraNet we think there's a better way.
Instead of inflating your costs and giving some of it back with strings attached — we'd rather the money never left your account in the first place.

Better pricing from day one.

No funds. No gimmicks. No fine print.
Your money. Your bank. Your call.

Are you running your business on a consumer NBN plan?

You'd be surprised how many Australian businesses are — paying retail residential pricing for internet that was designed for streaming, not running a business.

NBN's own General Manager of Business Products flagged it directly: many small business customers are on a consumer plan without even realising it, and most are unaware of what a business-grade service could offer them.

It affects more industries than people think:
🏥 Health — telehealth, cloud bookings, digital imaging
🏢 Offices — cloud platforms, video conferencing, hybrid work
🍽️ Hospitality — QR ordering, guest Wi-Fi, POS systems
🏭 Manufacturing — real-time monitoring and production systems
🎓 Education — virtual classrooms, cloud-based learning

The part that surprises most businesses? Upgrading to a wholesale business-grade service is often the same price — or cheaper.

QuadraNet can run a free internet service qualification at your address. We'll tell you what you're on, what's available, and whether we can get you onto a better service for the same or less.

We started with 30 services as a trial.

Not because our client wasn't confident — but because they wanted to see it for themselves.

Within weeks, they saw how simple it was to manage their own mobile services through our platform. No waiting on a third party. No back-and-forth. Just full visibility and control, in their hands.
So they took the wheel.
Today they run 250+ services across 6 states — and they manage it all themselves.

The numbers?
📉 Was paying: $18,000/month ($216,000/year)
✅ Now paying: $9,500/month ($114,000/year)
💰 Saving: $8,500/month — $102,000 every year

And when they need to swap a SIM? Under 10 minutes. As many as they want, all at once.

That's what switching actually looks like.

No drama. No downtime. No lock-in. Just a better way to run your mobile services.

Why are Australian SMEs still on 24-month mobile contracts in 2026?

It’s rarely a conscious decision.
Telco still gets treated as a set-and-forget operating cost.
The problem with that?

The market has shifted — but many businesses haven’t reviewed their mobility strategy in years.

Recent analysis shows Australians can save up to $456 per year on mobile services by reviewing providers and plan fit, while many continue paying for more data than they actually use.

At the same time, the telecommunications market remains highly concentrated, with pricing increasingly moving toward a “more-for-more” model — higher inclusions at higher cost, whether businesses actually need them or not.

Business contracts also don’t operate under the same practical expectations many people associate with consumer plans.

Multi-year agreements, bundled services and renewal cycles can reduce flexibility and make reviews less frequent.

Meanwhile, Australian SMEs continue operating under cost pressure from every direction — and telco is rarely the first place anyone looks.

The SME mobility segment remains underserved. Businesses with 10–100 staff have real operational needs, real budget pressure, and deserve better than a consumer plan dressed up in a business wrapper.

When did you last actually review your mobile fleet costs?

A client came to us recently convinced their IoT setup was fine.

They had SIM cards running across their fleet, a data plan in place, and everything was "ticking along."

When we reviewed it?

→ Several SIMs were active in devices that had been decommissioned months earlier
→ 6 devices had been burning through excess data — undetected
→ Nobody could tell us where 25 of their field devices were physically located

This isn't unusual. According to the 2024 Mobile Security Index, 85% of Australian businesses reported increased security risks from their IoT and mobile devices — with over half already experiencing serious incidents like data loss and system downtime.

And the problem is only growing. Australia's IoT device market is expanding at 21% per year (Grand View Research, 2025). More devices mean more SIMs, more plans, and more things falling through the cracks.

There's also a compliance angle that's easy to miss: Australia's Cyber Security Act 2024 introduces mandatory IoT security standards from March 2026. Knowing what connected devices you have — and where they are — is no longer optional.

If you're running IoT or M2M devices, here are the questions worth asking today:

🔍 Do you have a current inventory of every SIM and the device it lives in?
🔍 Are you being billed for services on devices that no longer exist?
🔍 Do you have real-time visibility if a device goes rogue or exceeds its data limit?
🔍 Are you prepared for Australia's new IoT compliance requirements?

At QuadraNet, we help businesses get back in control — with a straightforward IoT connectivity review that maps what you have, where it is, and what it's costing you.

Let's talk. A short conversation could save you more than you'd expect.

With major carriers increasing mobile prices again in May, many organisations are reviewing what they’re actually paying for mobility services.

If you’re not sure whether your current plans still make sense, we’ll review your telco bill and show you:

• where you're overspending
• whether services can be simplified
• if unused inclusions are sitting in your plan mix
• what your mobility environment could look like with better visibility and control

The review is free. No obligation. No pressure.
Send a recent bill to [email protected] and we’ll take a look.

QuadraNet services are powered by the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network, with local support and flexible plan structures designed for business use.
Some organisations also choose QuadraNet because their services help support community partnerships like Calisthenics Victoria, keeping value flowing back into local organisations rather than just into carrier margins.
