You don't think about your Managed Service Provider or IT support until things go terribly wrong and nobody takes your call or fixes it quickly. Only when the proverbial hits the fan, that we realise how important the support is - right?
COVID-19 has affected business in many ways and I believe returning to work will bring some more challenges with it.
As I look back on this last month, I'm proud to say we've helped so many of our clients work through the following:
👉 update and purchase technology and equipment as staff moved offsite to work remotely
👉 set up and upgraded virtual private networks to ensure connectivty and productivity
👉 the stress of dealing with failed internet connections & other communications
👉 ensure security, backups, servers and the like are all in working order.
Most importantly, we've been there to take the calls and then take the fast action, to talk through the stress and steps with no jargon, to get the job done and I'm so proud that in what could feel like such a stressful situation - we are there to be a beacon of hope.
